Under the leadership of DRR Dr. Karishma Awari, Rotaract District 3131 has officially stepped into the era of REIGN—which stands for Rotaract Empowering Individuals for Growth and Networking.

But what does it actually mean to "REIGN"?

It’s not about absolute authority or standing above others. Instead, this year's theme flips the script. To REIGN means to take absolute ownership of your personal growth, to empower the peer standing next to you, and to build networks that outlast our single-year tenures.
